A dedicated movement practitioner and performer, Will has immersed himself in the Ido Portal method since 2018. He specializes in calisthenics, acrobatics, and hand-balancing, and is passionate about helping others explore their physical potential.

This immersive experience is broken into two distinct sessions, each offering a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others. While the content is similar across both sessions, the focus is on a unique, in-person journey.
In each session, you'll focus on intentional disconnection from digital devices to foster a deeper connection with your body and other people. Through mindful movement and partner-based activities, you'll rediscover your physical potential and build genuine human connections in a beautiful, private setting.
Attending both sessions is highly recommended to fully integrate the principles and practice the skills in different settings and with different partners, allowing you to deepen your experience and master the "disconnect to connect" philosophy.

The workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, September 6th and 7th, 2025.

The workshop will be held at a private residence (607 Shore Walk) in Fire Island Pines.

Bring comfortable clothing for movement, a reusable water bottle, and an open mind. We recommend leaving your phone in airplane mode for the two-hour sessions to fully embrace the experience.

The workshop is designed for all skill levels, with a focus on beginners. All movement practices are scalable, and the facilitators will guide you through each exercise. The primary goal is to explore and have fun, not to achieve a specific level of performance.
